Consent agreements given final approval:

  • Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Reckitt & Colman plc. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

The Commission vote to finalize the consent agreement was 4-0, with Commissioner Thomas B. Leary recused. (FTC File No. 991-0306; staff contact is Judith A. Cole, 202-326-2693; see press release dated November 24, 1999.)

Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Hoechst AG. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

Motion to dismiss defendant:

  • The Commission has voted to dismiss Richard M. Bagdonas as a defendant in the following matter: WebViper d/b/a Yellow Web Services et. al.
